How Earn And Learn Works

When a child first joins Earn N Learn, they go through a 10-20 day training program. They are offered a stipend during  the  training .

They first learn how to make paper bags from old newspapers. Then they move into cutting basic shapes and pasting them. Senior  children  teach and guide the new  children. With time and practice, they are ready to work on their own and learn several different techniques and crafts.

Every year around 50 children aged between 7 to 14 years participate in  the program.

They compulsorily  attend a formal school in  the mornings. In  the afternoon they make beautiful handmade paper products(cards, journals etc) for which they receive incentives.
